Airlock
A fast, secure, servo-driven designer garage door with concealed CNC hardware, smart controls, premium finishes, and flexible installation options.
For homes where the garage actually matters. The garage door your house deserves.
Upgrade
Most homes obsess over stone, glass, lighting, landscaping, and cars, then leave the garage door looking like an afterthought. Airlock changes that.
This is a garage door replacement for homes where replacement is not enough. It is faster, cleaner, safer, more precise, and designed to belong.
Clean lines, premium finishes, concealed hardware, and a door that looks intentional.
Fast operation, preset heights, vent mode, wall control, app control, and useful alerts.
Safety sensing, sealing, rain awareness, CO monitoring, impact alerts, and serviceable components.
Servo motion
Airlock uses servo-driven motion to make a large door feel controlled, smooth, and effortless. It opens quickly, stops cleanly, and returns to exact positions again and again.
Safety
Speed is only impressive when it feels controlled. Airlock is designed with layered sensing, monitored motion, and fault awareness so the system knows what it is doing, where it is, and when something is wrong.
Controls
Airlock is not a gadget pretending to be a garage door. It is a better garage door with the features people actually wish they had.
Set opening heights for the SUV, sports car, delivery access, ventilation, or full clearance.
If the door is left open and the weather changes, the system can alert you or trigger a safe close sequence.
A garage should know when carbon monoxide becomes dangerous. CO monitoring can alert before a serious risk develops.
Open just enough to move air, clear heat, or reduce odours without exposing the entire garage.
Know whether the door is open, closed, locked, sealed, or in motion.
If something touches, hits, or forces the door, the system can notify you.
Control the door from a clean wall interface or mobile app, without turning daily use into a science project.
If a sensor fails, the system should know which one, report it clearly, and make replacement simple.
Hardware
The mechanics should be as considered as the facade. Airlock uses precision CNC hinge components and clean hardware details to keep the system sharp, durable, and visually intentional.
Beautiful from the front. Understandable from the back. Serviceable when it needs to be.
Installation
Every garage is different. Airlock is designed to make installation decisions visible early, before construction mistakes become expensive.
The door system sits behind the exterior opening, preserving the exterior face while giving the system space to operate.
The door aligns closer to the exterior plane for a cleaner, more integrated look. This requires planning around structure, ceiling height, panel thickness, seals, and mechanism clearance.
Coordinate panel finish, trim, reveals, lighting, and surrounding materials so the door feels designed with the home from day one.
Design Options
Some Airlock doors should blend quietly into a dark modern facade. Others should become the most dramatic object on the front of the house.
Balanced insulation, visual weight, and mechanism requirements.
Thicker panels may require more headroom and larger roll/mechanism space.
Fit
Airlock is for people who notice the details: the weight of the motion, the gap around the frame, the sound when it closes, and the feeling that every part belongs.
The garage is often one of the largest surfaces on a home. Airlock turns that surface into something intentional: clean, fast, secure, and aligned with the rest of the house.
For car people, the garage is not storage. It is part of the experience. Airlock creates a more dramatic arrival, a cleaner exterior, and better control around the vehicles you care about.
A renovation can change the entire feel of a home, but an ordinary garage door can pull it backwards. Airlock is for homeowners who want the garage door to match the ambition of the project.
Airlock gives architects and builders more control over installation type, finish, hardware visibility, opening behavior, and integration with the rest of the project.
Cottages, workshops, and rural properties create different demands: weather, security, large vehicles, boats, toys, and equipment. Airlock can be configured around the way the space is actually used.
Process
The best results happen when the door is planned as part of the project, not selected at the end.
Send photos, drawings, raw opening dimensions, location, and what you want the door to accomplish.
We determine the right door configuration based on size, use case, speed, installation type, clearance, insulation needs, and finish goals.
Choose black aluminum, bronze, wood-look, glass, custom finish, flush-mounted, back-mounted, or builder-coordinated.
Confirm opening dimensions, mounting conditions, electrical requirements, controls, sensors, clearances, panel thickness, seals, and installation constraints.
The system is fabricated to the approved dimensions and selected finish package.
We coordinate with installers, builders, electricians, and site trades so the door is installed properly.
Vehicle presets, safety sensors, controls, lock status, alerts, and user settings are tested and configured.
Fault reporting helps identify failed sensors or components, and replacement parts can be shipped with instructions when appropriate.
Design Review
Send us your garage opening, photos, drawings, or design goals. We will help determine the right installation type, panel system, finish direction, and sensor package.
Use the raw structural opening where possible: the clear width and height before trim, wood framing, or existing garage door hardware. If you only know the finished opening, send that and we will help confirm.
